William Christe O’Donnell

Chris O’Donnell, age 85, passed away on March 21, 2023. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Winger) for 63 years; father of Daniel (Nancy) and Kevin (Leslie); cherished grandfather of Kaley and Jane O’Donnell; dearest brother of Patsy Kalchert-deceased, Cathy (Emil) Giulivo, and Jim (Audrey-deceased) O’Donnell Fran (Duke-deceased) Owens; brother-in-law of Kay Flanagan (John-deceased), Marilyn Hogye, and Ellen (Robert) Pahoresky; and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Chris served in active duty for four years in the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He was an avid golfer and boater and loved spending his days at Chautauqua Lake. Arrangements provided by Kindrich-McHugh Steinbauer Funeral Home of Solon. A Catholic Mass will be said for him at Saints Cosmas and Damian Church, 10419 Ravenna Rd, Twinsburg, OH 44087 on Saturday March 25, 2023 at 11 a.m., where family will visit with friends ONE HOUR PRIOR TO MASS. Interment of ashes will be private at a later date at All Souls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations The First Tee of Cleveland.
