Roy R. Kirk

ROY R. KIRK, age 89, was taken by the Angels to be with his Lord and Savior on August 26, 2023. Devoted and beloved husband of Judith (nee Brown), loving Stepfather of Victoria Leslie (Timothy) and Mark Chaney (Debra); dear brother of Marilyn Farinacci (Theodore) and the late Ruth Skeebo; a special uncle to Kirk Fisher (Sarah), Natalie Gdula (David), and a dedicated uncle to Mick Fisher (Lisa), Ted Farinacci (Michelle) and his many nieces and nephews. Roy was a caring Step-grandfather to Melanie Hayduke (John) and Ryan Leslie (Coral), as well as Step-great-grandfather to Harper Hayduke.
Roy was an honored veteran of the US AIR FORCE and well known in Solon for his skills in landscaping, remodeling, and repairing homes and buildings in the area.
The family will visit with friends and relatives at Kindrich-McHugh Steinbauer Funeral Home, 33375 Bainbridge Rd., Solon, Ohio on Thursday, August 31st, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, with a service at 7:30PM.
The United States Air Force Military Honors burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Friday afternoon, September 1st, at 1:15PM.
