JOHN JOSEPH MAGYAR, of Solon. October 3, 1942 – November 29, 2015. US Navy Veteran, Vietnam War, A-6A Jet Engine Aircraft Mechanic. Worked for Western Electric and SPS Technologies. Beloved husband of Beverly (nee Kundzala); son of the late Emma (nee Czier) and John J. Magyar; son-in-law of Evelyn (nee Steeno) and the late Michael S. Kundzala; dear brother of James (Judith) Magyar; brother-in-law of the late Michael J. Kundzala. Mass of Christian Burial Friday December 4, 12PM at St. Rita Church, 32820 Baldwin Rd., Solon. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Family will visit with friends at STEINBAUER FUNERAL HOME, 33375 BAINBRIDGE RD., SOLON, FROM 2-4 AND 6-8 PM THURSDAY. Memorials may be made to the USO Northern Ohio Chapter where John actively volunteered.
