FATMA ILTER CABI, of Istanbul, Turkey formerly of Warren. September 8, 1937 – March 29, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Turgut Cabi; loving mother of Marc Abidin (Lisa) Cabi, of San Francisco, Akin (Audrey), of Jacksonville, and Aydin (Jeannie) of Aurora; cherished grandmother of Emma and Rose, Hunter and Logan, and Austin, Ayla, and Arin.
