Ephrem J. Lesko February 9, 1935 – December 6, 2022. Beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Plank) Lesko; son of Michael and Mary (Janitor) Lesko (deceased); Loving father of Jim (Kim), Don (Cindy), Steve (Beth), Bob, Sharon (Ted) Yates, Ken (Marianne) and Marie (Soha). Grandfather of 15: Alexis, Rachel (Tyler), Ashley, Emily, Zack, Andrew, Brian, Colin, Brad, Nick, Farren, Lauren, Alina, AJ, and Evan. Great grandfather of Theo. Dear brother to his deceased sisters: Mary (William) Szaraz, Regina (Paul) Margreta, twins Agnes and Margret, Gizella, Irene, and brother-in-law to Stephen (Karen) Plank (dec). Loving Uncle to Gerard (Francis) Szaraz, MaryAnn (Bernie) Medwith, Michael Margreta, Janice Margreta, Stephen (Tracy) Plank, Laura (Tim) Bernhard, and Christina (Jon) Freitag. He was a veteran of the Korean War and shared many Veteran’s day activities with his grandchildren during his retirement. He was a kind, honest, and humble man. He was a devout Catholic who loved the Lord with all of his heart. He always said we are here on earth to glorify God. He was generous with his time and resources. He worked as a printer and retired from Judson Brooks/Bowne of Cleveland. Ephrem will be missed by his loved ones and his legacy of love, kindness, and his hard work ethic will live on through those he touched. Family will visit with friends Thursday January 5 from 4-7PM at Steinbauer Funeral Home, 33375 Bainbridge Road, Solon. Mass of Christian Burial Friday January 6, 10AM at St. Rita Church, 32820 Baldwin Rd., Solon. Interment at All Saints Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
