Elizabeth M. Groff

ELIZABETH M. GROFF (nee Mastrocola), January 11, 2020, age 90 of Aurora, OH. Elizabeth was born September 12, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Charles and Nichol Mastrocola. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree of Bachelor of Science, and later attained a Master’s Degree in the Graduate School of Business. At the time of graduating, Ms. Mastrocola began work at The Higbee Company in Cleveland and served for 32 years as import gift buyer. She travelled the world purchasing unique housewares and clothing. She met her husband at Higbees and they were married in 1974. She is survived by her husband Richard; sibling, Katherine Mastrocola with nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Clorinda Mastrocola, Carl (June) Mastrocola, Mary (Charles) Eaton, Vince (Ethel) Mastrocola, Paris (Phyllis) Mastrocola, and Louise Jane Mastrocola. Family will visit with friends at STEINBAUER FUNERAL HOME, 33375 BAINBRIDGE ROAD, SOLON FROM 2-6 PM SATURDAY JAN 18, with closing prayer at 6PM. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Lancaster, PA.
