DOROTHY LAIDMAN (nee Kastelic), of Solon. July 17, 1924 – June 25, 2017. Beloved wife of of the late Bernie Laidman; dear mother of Karen Zeleznik (Marc), Jenni Laidman (Joey Harrison), Ellen Dungjen (Steve), and Cherie Shepard (Paul); loving Grandmother of David, Brian, (Tasha) Taylor, Kevyn, Tim, Kasey, Scott, Erin; Great-grandmother of Zachary and Milan.  Preceded in death by siblings Martin, Anne Mocarski, and Agnes Just. Graduate of St Alexis School of Nursing. Was a nurse into her 70s. Lover of flowers, birds and books as well as an amateur watercolorist. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday June 27, 11AM at St. Rita Church, 32820 Baldwin Rd., Solon, where family will visit with friends ONE HOUR PRIOR TO MASS AT CHURCH.
