BARBARA LEE HACH (nee Bowen), of Aurora. February 4, 1935 – January 9, 2017. Beloved wife of Emil Charles Hach; loving mother of Susan Genness (Shane) Carr, Alison Lara (Charles) Barresi, Lauren Nancy (Ken) Carmichael, Kimberly Ann (John) Braver, and Emil Jason (Martha) Hach; cherished grandmother of Jeffrey Carr, Zachary Kring, Connor and Isabelle Barresi, Zane (Stephanie Bergholz) and Maxwell Carmichael, Lauren, David, Madelaine, and Grace Braver, and Konstantine Hach; dear great grandmother of Logan, Angela and Noelle; sister of Diana Neu, Donna Metzger, and the late Carolyn Altemus and Albert Bowen. Services Friday January 13, 11AM at STEINBAUER FUNERAL HOME, 33375 BAINBRIDGE ROAD, SOLON, where family will visit with friends FROM 5-8 PM THURSDAY EVENING. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association. Barbara enjoyed fishing at Kelleys Island, travelling, parties, and retail therapy. She loved spending time with her family, and absolutely loved and cherished her husband and best friend, Emil C. Hach. A special thank you to her care-givers and friends Tina, Vicki, Crystal, and Senior helpers and to all the compassionate staff of Maplewood, Ahuja, and Serenity Hospice.
