Barbara Baker

Barbara Baker, 84 of Solon Ohio, entered God’s kingdom on April 3rd, 2023. She was born Barbara Jelinek, May 22, 1938, of Ralph and Mary Jelinek.(deceased). Barbara, the most loving and devoted mother, is survived by her only son David (Allison) of Nashville TN and her cousin Lillian Blazek of Solon OH. Upon graduation from Solon High School in 1956, Barbara worked as a bank teller at Cleveland Trust in Solon and later at Cuyahoga Steel and Wire in Solon. Barbara had a strong faith in God and was a frequent supporter of many charitable organizations. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association. A funeral service will take place at 1pm on Tuesday April 11th at Steinbauer Funeral Home, 33375 Bainbridge Rd. Solon, OH 44139, where family will visit with friends from 10AM until time of services at 1PM on Tuesday. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Solon.
